Stage lights riveting
Eyes to dancer who
Sits on a
Wooden chair,
-Requisitioned to
-Sit, gaze deflected,

-Boy subject;
Frozen on his chair,
Frozen on his face,
Expecting
The magic,
-Dancer found when eyes
-Look, spotting him leap
